The Sweet Home Mine project in Alma, Colorado operated successfully for 14 years from 1991 to 2004, ultimately recovering hundreds of world-class rhodochrosite specimens.

The specimen was prepared and sold by Collector’s Edge to one of America’s leading private mineral collectors. This is considered by many to be one of the top Euclase specimens in the world.
